The Role:
Providing administrative and clerical support for environmental compliance services in the Midwest region. General administration duties will include preparing a variety of documents, correspondences, reports, data entry, and providing exceptional customer service, and supporting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track fuel testing dates and coordinate schedules with branches
- Manage and track purchase orders
- Manage and update subcontractor correspondences
- Manage the customer portals for compliance related work
- Uploading results to state regulatory agencies as needed
- Review compliance calls for accuracy (returns, parts, and correctness)
- Review Invoices for accuracy
- Indexing documents to calls
- Other clerical/administrative duties as assigned
- Stay updated with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and industry standards
Requirements and Skills:
-Experience in an administrative role required
-Industry knowledge is a plus
-High skill set in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Office
-High skill set with Google Workplace to include Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and forms
-High attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
-Able to work in a high-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
