We arelooking for an experienced Environment Health and Safety Manager(m/f/x) Located in Unterschleißheim near Munich, Bavaria As theEnvironment Health and Safety Manager, you will lead our EHSinitiatives and ensure compliance with legal and internalstandards.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing andmaintaining our Environment, Health and Safety Management Systemsin accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, while fostering astrong safety culture across the organization.What you’ll be doing:Championing health and safety across the company, from riskassessments to training Ensuring legal and internal compliance inall EHS matters Investigating incidents and implementing preventivemeasures Collaborating with internal teams and external partners(e.g., safety specialists, company doctors) Supporting audits andprocess safety in close cooperation with Quality ManagementManaging environmental permitting and EMS documentation Promoting asafety-first mindset through active communication and on-sitepresence Occasional travel (e.g., supplier audits)What you bring:Technical training or a degree in safety / environmental / healthmanagement Three to five years of EHS experience, ideally inmanufacturing or metalworking Familiarity with ISO 14001 and 45001as well as experience in audits Strong knowledge of occupationalsafety regulations and environmental law Confident with MS Office,HSE tools, and ideally ERP systems (e.g., Navision) Fluent inGerman, with good English skillsWho you are: Analytical,structured, and self-driven A strong communicator who can influenceacross all levels Reliable, quality-focused, and passionate aboutsafety and sustainability Skilled in training and moderationWhat weoffer: A modern corporate culture Self-determined work, anappreciative working atmosphere, and collaboration in a globalenvironment Flexible working hours and home office Workplaces withmodern equipment Training and development opportunities Intensiveinduction and onboardingIs this the right challenge for you?Pleasesend your application documents, stating your earliest possiblestarting date and your salary expectations, by e-mail topersonal@subarcflux.com.
