Exciting Opportunity: Health, Safety & Environmental Manager / HSE Manager

Location: Midlands (Multi-site) Salary:

Circa £65,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Your influence will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. Reporting to and collaborating closely with an Operations Director and Senior Leadership Team who prioritise Health & Safety, your mission is clear.

Qualifications & Traits for Success:

• NEBOSH Diploma: Or actively working towards it in H&S or Environmental.
• IOSH (CMIOSH) or (Grad IOSH): A plus.
• Leadership Skills: Your strength lies in influencing and communicating, winning hearts and minds, and championing H&S.
• Environmental Expertise: A proven track record that adds value.
• Managerial Experience: Preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing.
• Cultural & Behavioural Change: Ability to lead and inspire, fostering a positive working environment.
