Enviromental Safety Health Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Conduct training sessions on safety procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain safety records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on safety matters.
• Work with vendors and contractor's on new equipment and installations, repairs, design.
• Responsible for OSHA logs and upkeep, monthly safety reports, and general reporting of information to regulatory, state, and insurance carriers.
• Conducts inspections internally and externally to ensure a safe working environment for employees, customers and the general public public,

What do you need:

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety,.

* 2-3 year's experience in a Safety position, preferably in Agriculture, Food Processing, or the Pistachio - Almond industry.

* Must be Spanish Bilingual.

* Willing to work an alternative work-week to ensure observance of how each shift operates, along with the operation of equipment and staff.

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
