NDT Technician Entry-Level Position
Globe X-Ray Services, Inc.
Tulsa, OK
Would you like a career and not just another dead-end job? We have a great entry-level opportunity for a position in the Non-Destructive Testing field with a company that has been in the industry for over 50 years. Paid education and training will be provided for the appropriate candidate to become certified as an NDT Level II.
NDT Technician Job Functions:
Perform methods of NDT for which certified.
Interpret and report results from inspection activities.
Complete all duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
Adhere to company Safety Policy and Code of Conduct to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic Math skills.
Understanding of computers and ability to operate computerized equipment.
Ability to follow complex instructions.
Must have a valid driver’s license, be authorized to work in the United States.
Required to pass an in-depth background check.
Must have a personable disposition and have the ability to get along with different personality types.
Work Conditions:
Position is based out of one branch located in Tulsa, OK.
Indoor and outdoor work.
Must be able to work night shift, with an opportunity to move to the day shift after about 5 years.
Every other weekend is required.
Working in or around fabrication shops for petro-chemical industry.
Must be able to wear safety equipment for personal protection as required by company and safety rules.
Additional Information:
Full-time night-shift position, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English, to communicate effectively, read safety warnings, and report results of inspections.
Need to have detail skills, be highly observant, have the ability to learn new skills quickly, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
