Entry-Level Metal Fabricators and MIG Welder Needed

Position Summary:
We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team.  We are in need of metal fabricators and a MIG welder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the trades, gain valuable welding experience, and grow within a team-oriented fabrication shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic welding tasks including tack welding, part prep, and fitting

• Perform light grinding to prep weld surfaces as needed

• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Inspect metal components for damage, wear, or fatigue

• Identify and communicate potential repair needs

• Support welders and technicians with general shop labor

• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

• Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

• Comfortable working in a physically active, industrial setting

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow trade skills
