Job DescriptionJob Description

This position is an entry level position in our manufacturing department Individuals will work with a team member under direct supervision to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of our equipment. Individuals will assist with the basic processes but have the desire to advance and become a technician capable of handling their own projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and modification of our custom HVAC/R Systems
• Follows work instructions, prints, and/or available procedures and performs assembly, test, and material handling operations required to make a part or final product
• Work from routings, manufacturing instruction sheets, blueprints, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels
• Takes the initiative to get work assignment from Supervisor, Lead person or scheduling tool
• Keep work area clean and dispose of raw material packaging materials
• Package and label products for shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good understanding of basic English
• Ability to learn to read blueprints
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Complete task with high standard of quality with attention to detail
• Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to produce mechanical assemblies
• Ability to meet deadline under pressure
