Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. No prior experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and develop skills that extend beyond this role.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Organize and track inventory using Google Sheets and Google Docs
  
  
• Assist with sheet metal production, including popping out parts and cleaning fiber lasers
  
  
• Operate fiber lasers and press brakes (training provided)
  
  
• Learn and develop programming skills for machinery operation
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, changing environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  
  
• Positive attitude and motivation to learn new skills
  
  
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others
  
  
• Prior manufacturing or steel industry experience is a plus, but not required
  
  

Compensation & Schedule:

• 
  Starting Pay: $16 $20 per hour (based on experience)
  
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (no weekends)
  
  
• Benefits: Full benefits package provided
