Wheel Image is a high-energy, custom manufacturing shop looking for an eager Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our production team. We specialize in custom orders, meaning every day brings a new challenge and a new part to master.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:  3 months in a manufacturing environment OR a recent Graduate of a Technical/Trade School program.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and basic shop math skills.
• Maturity: A "safety-first" mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to [50 lbs] as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Set Up & Operate: Prepare machines for unique custom runs based on daily production goals.
• Quality Control: Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure every custom part meets our precision standards.
• Troubleshoot: Work alongside senior operators to adjust offsets and maintain machine efficiency.
