Position Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level HVAC Helper/Installer to join our installation team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the HVAC industry and gain hands-on experience. You will assist lead technicians in installing heating and cooling systems, learn proper safety and trade practices, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of residential HVAC systems

• Support technicians with loading/unloading equipment and tools

• Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and cleaning work areas

• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

• Learn trade skills including piping, ductwork, and system setup

• Provide a professional and respectful experience to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to learn and work hard in a team environment

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Gas license (or currently in process of obtaining)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, attics, basements)
