Entry Level Human Resources Associate ($22/hr)

What to Know:

• Compensation of up to $22/hr
• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the office
• OT is provided after 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Addressing inquiries from new hires regarding paperwork procedures
• Coordinating I-9/CORI verifications at the company's office and scheduling appointments with candidates
• Sending calendar invitations to candidates, detailing required IDs for on-site visits
• Traveling to clients for on-site I-9/CORI verifications as necessary
• Facilitating the timely completion of onboarding documentation on the Xenqu platform through continuous communication and establishing deadlines for candidates

Qualifications:

• 6 months experience in an office setting
• Prior experience in data entry
• Excellent organizational and great communication skills
• Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to commute to Boston, MA
