We're looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of B2B customers, guiding them through the purchasing process, providing expert support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
• Support customers throughout the ordering process by entering orders, tracking shipments, and proactively communicating order updates and estimated delivery times.
• Provide expert product guidance tailored to individual customer needs, ensuring confident and informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams to drive sales initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Previous office experience is , but willing to train for the right candidate
• Strong mechanical aptitude
