CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Game CHAnger to join our CHA Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Syracuse, NY; Columbus, OH; Hartford, CT; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; or Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

Accelerate your growth through hands-on, business-critical assignments supporting a wide range of engineering projects.

Experience a unique rotational cycle across projects that provide exposure to diverse disciplines, teams, and project types across the organization.

Benefit from structured learning, mentorship, and coaching from experienced professionals across multiple sectors.

Contribute to innovative solutions that address complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.

Collaborate with talented teams and engage in field assignments to gain practical experience in design, analysis, and implementation.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required; Graduation date of May 2026 is highly .

EIT certification .

No prior engineering experience required—internships or cooperative learning a plus.

Familiar with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.

Passion for transportation infrastructure and a drive for continuous learning.

Analytical approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.

Ability to thrive in changing environments and collaborate with diverse teams.

Passion for office and field-based work assignments.

Salary Range

$68,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
