Responsibilities
- Audit and track movement of personnel utilizing drawings on internal website
- Provide monthly internal occupancy reports to leadership occupancy space allocation costs.
- Work with departments to validate space and occupancy information in the property database.
- Interact with departments to maintain and ensure the accuracy of CAD drawings
- Manipulate the CAD drawings using Auto-cad and Service-Now to reflect changes on the internal website ensuring occupancy allocations are kept current.
- Coordinate personnel relocations with Team Leaders, IT and United Services
- Physically visit teams to verify accuracy of data/information
- Produce and provide space allocation and cost reports to Finance as needed.
- Contract CAD vendors to have property drawings updated regularly and on an as needed basis.
- Work with United Services leadership and IT to keep all of the space records up to date.
- Assist in the construction planning and design of new space
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in Architecture or related field required.
- Experience using CAD in a professional environment
- Know how to read blueprints
- Understand and be able to work in a database computer environment
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Space Planning experience highly
- Knowledge on using Service-Now
