POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for overseeing Navian Hawaii’s cross-functional initiatives that support our growth, operational efficiency, technology integration, and patient care quality. chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, distribution logistics, and facility-related support. This role is critical in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive innovation and support our strategic plan, including expanding services, optimizing infrastructure, and improving patient and employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable projects with measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute project workflows and scheduling across multiple departments.
- Align project objectives with clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Work closely with HR, IT, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to ensure project continuity and transparency.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, driving accountability and milestone tracking.
- Manage cross-functional interdependencies, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Change Management & Communication
- Develop change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, staff efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Leverage tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile as appropriate.
Technology Integration
- Partner with IT to manage projects involving electronic health records (EHRs), CRM systems, Smartsheet dashboards, and other enterprise tools.
- Ensure all project data is accessible, organized, and reported effectively to executives.
Reporting & Evaluation
- Implement project dashboards to provide executives real-time insights on project progress, completion rates, and critical roadblocks.
- Track and report on project performance, risks, and return on investment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Process Improvement & Strategic Projects
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance, service delivery, staff efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Leverage tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile as appropriate.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Participate in committees and strategic planning as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the COO in support of Navian Hawaii’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field .
- 3-5 years of progressive project management experience, ideally in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
- PMP certification required, with strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with executive teams and managing cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Experience with Smartsheet to streamline project tracking, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Experience leading facility expansion projects, including construction planning and budgeting.
- Experience with monitoring construction timelines, vendor negotiations, and permitting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with pediatric healthcare systems (especially hospice/palliative care).
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations, grants, and compliance.
Working Conditions:
- Work from home role with occasional in-person meetings and travel to construction sites and care facilities
- May require lifting and transport of supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work based on operational needs.
- Must adhere to strict safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.
Equipment Used:
- Operates phone system, computer (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and e-mail) pencil sharpener, calculator, and copier
- Occasional use of own personal motor vehicle which meets valid registration and insurance requirements. Must possess a valid Drivers' License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Hours:
- Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 4:30 pm. However, position requires after hours work including weekends and holidays, as needed.
