Enterprise Architect Standards Definition (Banking Sector Contract Insdie IR35) Contract: Initial 3-month contract - Immediate Start \n Industry: Banking / Financial Services \n About the Role \n We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with banking experience to lead the definition of enterprise architecture and service standards across three key value streams. This is a strategic, short-term contract focused on shaping the frameworks, principles, and reference models that will guide future transformation initiatives. \n Key Responsibilities \n Define architecture and service standards aligned with business strategy and enterprise objectives.

\n Undertake Know Your Estate analysis to understand current systems and identify areas for standardisation. \n Develop frameworks for Adaptive Architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and reusability. \n Create reference models, guidelines, and documentation to enable consistent adoption across value streams.

\n Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure standards meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements. \n Requirements \n Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in the banking or financial services sector . \n Strong expertise in defining architecture standards, service models, and reference architectures.

\n Familiarity with core banking systems , cloud architectures , and integration patterns . \n Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate . \n Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
