Position Summary:
The Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC) seeks an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive IT services in a hybrid cloud and on-premises environment. The specialist will provide technical support across multiple domains including and access management, device management, user support, and infrastructure monitoring, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Hybrid & Access Management
Administer and maintain Hybrid Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) infrastructure.
Manage Azure AD Connect synchronization with on-premises Active Directory.
Ensure secure and seamless integration between cloud and on-prem systems.
Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Manage user identities, groups, and access permissions across hybrid environments.

2. Device & Application Management
Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for mobile and desktop devices.
Enforce security compliance policies and device configuration profiles.
Deploy and monitor applications via Intune.
Provide Tier II/III support for Intune-managed endpoints.
Support the deployment and configuration of Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

3. Desktop Support
Provide advanced support for Windows 10/11 operating systems, user profiles, and common software issues.
Support desktop software installations and troubleshoot application-related issues.
Assist with endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation.

4. Server & Network Support
Provide limited Tier I/II support for servers including file shares, print services, user access, and basic network troubleshooting.
Monitor server performance, backups, and usage metrics in collaboration with the infrastructure team.
Implement and support minor changes to Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DHCP, DNS, and local file systems.

5. IT Operations & Documentation
Maintain inventory and manage the lifecycle of desktop hardware and software assets.
Document infrastructure configurations, troubleshooting guides, and IT processes.
Produce weekly and monthly reports on system health, incident trends, and project progress.
Provide recommendations for process improvements, automation, and enhanced security practices.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure AD and Azure AD Connect
  • Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
  • Windows Autopilot deployment
  • Windows 10/11 administration
  • Strong knowledge of and access management, Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop, mobile, and basic server issues.

  • Certifications such as:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Security+ or similar
  • Experience with Active Directory Group Policy, DHCP/DNS configuration, and server monitoring tools.
