Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support enterprise architecture and data enablement initiatives within a complex, technology-driven environment. This highly visible role partners closely with architecture and technology leaders to coordinate strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and support executive decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, technical literacy, and executive communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple initiatives and translate complex technical discussions into clear, actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, tracking, and progression of enterprise architecture initiatives from concept through executive decision forums.
• Partner with senior architecture and technology leaders to clarify scope, risks, trade-offs, and strategic options.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with clear agendas, materials, and documented outcomes.
• Track key decisions, actions, and follow-through across governance and leadership forums.
• Translate complex technical and architectural topics into concise, executive-ready materials including presentations, summaries, and briefing documents.
• Support program management for data and architecture initiatives by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive updates and leadership communications related to program progress and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage modern productivity and AI-enabled tools to accelerate synthesis, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within complex or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and architecture concepts (e.g., cloud, data architecture, security).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synthesize diverse input into actionable decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology architecture, strategy, or governance forums.
• Familiarity with enterprise decision-making frameworks.
• Advanced presentation and executive storytelling skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity or program management tools.
• Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.
