Job Description
The Associates Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a Security focus to join a large, well-established organisation undergoing major digital transformation. The company has very low staff turnover and the relatively newly stood up Architecture practise has excellent sponsorship from the top down. This is a brand-new, business-critical role, offering the chance to set the strategic direction for cybersecurity architecture at scale.
This Hybrid role (2 days in) in London will require you to be an excellent communicator with natural gravitas. You will use your experience to help shape a business that is exciting and uplifting in what they do. \n As the Enterprise Security Architect, youll own the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture.
Youll also play a hands-on leadership role in mentoring solution and technical architects, ensuring security is a foundational part of the enterprises long-term technology roadmap. \n\n Define and lead the development of the organisations cybersecurity architecture strategy and roadmaps \n Translate business and technology strategies into security-focused architecture patterns \n Design and maintain conceptual and logical security architectures across multiple technology domains \n Support secure delivery of cloud and on-premise systems (Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, MuleSoft)\n Guide solution and technical architects on security principles, best practices, and assurance \n Partner with product, digital, data, finance, and HR teams to ensure secure system design \n Champion the adoption of emerging security technologies and practices \n\n Proven experience as an Enterprise or Security Architect in complex environments \n Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, governance, and risk management \n Experience delivering secure architectures in cloud, hybrid, and legacy systems \n Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, data, CRM, HR, and finance systems \n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams \n Experience with large enterprise transformation programmes \n Familiarity with integrated systems and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)\n\n If you are an Enterprise Architect who wants to make a real difference to an organisations Security capability as well as work on major transformation in a business that is collaborative by nature and where you are truly valued as an individual, then this is definitely a role worth considering. \n Their work environment is demanding insofar as taking on technical challenges and requiring people to deliver collaboratively and they celebrate their wins as a team rather than a promotion .
