Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) ERP TransformationEnterprise ArchitectureWhat you’ll do - your strategic playground:Big picture meets smart structure.We’re looking for a strategic Enterprise Architect to play a key role in our company-wide ERP transformation. You’ll bridge business needs with technical execution, create clarity in complexity and steer the architectural vision for a future-ready IT landscape.Evaluate and select the right technologies and tools to support a smooth and future-proof ERP implementationAssess the impact of new systems on the existing IT landscape and on business processes across all departmentsIdentify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies early onDefine, develop and enforce enterprise architecture principles and guidelinesEnsure consistent architecture standards across all IT and business units involved in the ERP journeyCollaborate closely with project managers, solution architects and domain experts to identify and drive opportunities where tech can directly support or enable the business strategyDefine reference architectures and roadmaps for future growth and transformationEnsure the ERP program aligns with long-term business goals and the overall IT strategyLead the integration design of SAP S/4HANA into the wider ecosystem (CRM, HR, BI etc.)Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and data governance teams to ensure seamless implementationAct as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams - ensuring mutual understanding and clarity of requirementsWhat you bring - your architectural toolkit:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar - or equivalent practical experienceProven experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on ERP transformation, ideally in large, international organizationsDeep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and how it integrates with other business-critical systemsExperience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ArchiMate or comparableSAP Signavio and/or SAP LeanIX Experience desirable, but not a requirementStrong understanding of cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, data architecture and cybersecurity principlesComfortable navigating both the strategic and technical aspects of IT landscapesExcellent communicator who knows how to translate complex tech into simple business languageConfident decision-maker with strong stakeholder management skillsWhy join us?Remuneration and additional benefits that convince: With us, you can look forward to a pay scale including holiday pay and Christmas bonus.
