This is a new permanent position within an established architecture function, helping connect business strategy with technology delivery across a complex international environment.Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise ArchitectTranslate business goals and drivers into actionable IT roadmapsLead architecture assessments and planning workshopsProvide architectural oversight across large and complex programmesMap dependencies across people, process, data and technologyAlign business capabilities and operating models with technology platformsCreate and maintain architectural models and viewsWork across business, data, applications, security, cloud and technology architecturePartner with senior business and IT stakeholders as a trusted adviserDevelop architecture standards, services and reference architecturesCoach colleagues and promote architectural thinking across the organisationKey Requirements of the Enterprise ArchitectPrevious Enterprise Architecture experience, ideally in a large or global organisationStrong Solutions Architecture experience across multiple domainsTOGAF or ArchiMate qualificationBroad understanding of business, data, application, technology and security architecturesExperience supporting complex projects and programmes from concept through implementationStrong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including executive-level engagementExperience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and modelling toolsOrbusInfinity experience is beneficial but can be taughtLegal-sector experience is not essentialThe Enterprise Architect will report to the Principal Enterprise Architect and will have the opportunity to influence architecture maturity while supporting strategic transformation across a global organisation.
