ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of SMTprocess ,improve SMT FPY and smooth new projects from DV to mass production. Prepares PFMEA,Flow-Chart,Control Plan and WI for new products.Plans the labor, schedules, and tools required for SMT processes and evaluating standard and special devices.Persons employed in this position are responsible for but not limited to supplying comprehensive SMT process engineering support for research and development and production programs to ensure total customer satisfaction.Job Description:ØResponsible for new project of SMT process developmentØResponsible for new SMT technology introductionØContinuously improve SMT efficiency, using laser replace labelling, panel layout redesign etc. ØBe lead of project audit and system audit, to ensure audit pass every time. ØSupport SMT area in production for process issues, to improve quality and process performance, etcØProcess control management, PFMEA, Flow chart, Control plan, WI, Capability studies, MSA…ØPCB panel designing, to make it effiency and good qualityØSMT process improvement, such as FPY, COPQ, POEE, MRB process ... etcØDFM responsibility in SMT areaØBe technical support R&D for design/process issueØWork with project teams to import new product;ØConsider the customers requirement to make customers satisfactionØTechnical training in SMT team and production technician.Experience:ØSelf-starter and fast learnerØMinimum 8 years’ experience within the electronic production in SMT area.ØExperience in Reflow soldering, SPI and AOIØExperience in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred.ØAbility to achieve objectives with little direct support.ØBe familiar with IATF16949 and IPC, Knowlage in VDA, BIQS is preferØKnowledge of ISO14001/ISO45001 procedures.Position Requirements:ØPersonal computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, CAM, auto CAD and relational database.ØStrong technical skills in soldering processØ5-Tools, statistic knowledge, 6 sigma is plusØGood interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization.ØGood management skills, able to run projects and work with suppliers.ØExcellent communication skillsØEffectively present information and respond to questions from groups.ØAbility to work with clearly defined project steps.ØPossess some limited knowledge of new product development processes and work-flowØExperience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams.ØBasic knowledge of a particular technical areaØFluent English，able to free talk with foreigners.Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
