If so, we want you to join our client, a dynamic team in the Airport Solutions industry as a Training & Development Manager!\n\nDepartment: Field (Branches)\n\nSalary - £35-40k\n\nContract Type: Permanent\n\nWorking Pattern: Full Time\n\nLocation: Colnbrook, Slough\n\nWorking Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 -Flexibility required\n\nPension Contribution: 3% company contribution\n\nAirside Requirements:\n To work airside at international airports, you will need to meet the following criteria:\n\nFive continuous years of satisfactory references for an airside pass.\nProof of eligibility to work in the UK.\nClear criminal records check (dated within the last 10 weeks, cost covered by the employer)About Us:\n My client are a leading organisation in Airport Solutions, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and safety in the aviation sector.
Their commitment to excellence drives them to equip their teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive.\n\nYour Mission:\n As a Training & Development Manager, your primary goal will be to equip the staff with the skills and motivation they need to excel in their roles. You will take a strategic approach to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training packages, and deliver engaging training sessions.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nIdentify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments\nDesign, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual\nCreate and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options\nProduce training materials for in-house courses - plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets\nDevelop effective training for new staff, trainees - monitor and review the progress of trainees through appraisals, questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback\nHelp line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups\nKeep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses\nResearch new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.\nTo ensure that each department of the company performs its role for the culmination of the project of its responsibility on daily basis.\nTo identify inefficient processes on circumstantial basis.\nTo expose deficiencies in the procedures on circumstantial basis.\nTo comply with the Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules and procedures\nTo wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when working at site on ad hoc basis Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments\nDesign, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual\nCreate and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options\nProduce training materials for in-house courses\nPlan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme, considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets\nDevelop effective training for new staff, trainees.
