Overview:We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician (E-Tech) with hands-on experience in building batteries and power electronic converters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting complex systems with a focus on power electronics and energy storage solutions. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our products in meeting industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Assemble and test battery systems and power electronic converters.Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electronic components, ensuring the performance and quality of products.Collaborate with engineers to improve and refine designs and assembly processes.Conduct tests and inspections to identify performance issues in electrical and electronic systems.Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, modifications, and test results.Provide support in the design and development of new products, focusing on energy storage and power conversion systems.Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications:3+ years of experience in building batteries and power electronic converters.Strong hands-on technical skills with a focus on power electronics.Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic components.Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Familiarity with industry standards for battery systems and power electronics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Skills:Knowledge of advanced battery technologies and power conversion methods.Experience in working with high-voltage systems and energy storage solutions.Familiarity with safety regulations in the electronics industry.
Education:Associate's degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
