POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents some of the Key Responsibilities but is not all inclusive.

• DEMONSTRATES BASIC MECHANICAL APTITUDE
• CAPABLE OF INTALLING MOLD IN PRESS AND ADJUST PRESS/MOLD SET
• MUST BE ABLE TO DETERMINE ROOT CAUSE OF SIMPLE MOLDING
• UPDATE DRAWINGS AND INSPECTION STANDARDS
• ANALYSE PROBLEMS OF MOLDING TECHNIQUES
• IDENTIFY OVERLAPS, SHORTS, PINTCHES, AND APPERANCE PROBLEMS
• PREPARE MOLD PCM SHEET WITH ASSISTANCE
• TEST DANGO BLOW
• TUNE MOLD WITH ENGINEER'S ASSISTANCE
• ADJUST TIME AND TEMPERATURE OF MOLDING PROCESS
• CAPABLE OF MOLDING, JUDGING (GOOD/BAD), OPERATING SOME OF THE MAINTENANCE MACHINES AND TOOLS, DOING SIMPLE MECHANICAL DRAWING/SKETCHING AND HAVE BASIC PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
• OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED
