Engineering Systems Coordinator in Warwick, Warwickshire

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Engineering Systems Coordinator on a 6-month contract, located in Warwick (hybrid)

Role Overview & Key Deliverables

We are seeking an Engineering Systems Coordinator to manage drawing alteration requests and oversee technical administrative workflows. This position suits a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering background, including proactive recent graduates with strong digital and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage drawing alteration requests.

* Execute minor technical drawing changes using NX.

* Administer engineering concessions within SAP.

* Utilize PLM systems to track and manage engineering data.

* Lead and facilitate global online meetings with stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

* Background in Mechanical Engineering (Degree/HND equivalent or recent graduate).

* Technical proficiency in PLM systems, SAP, and Siemens NX.

* Working knowledge of technical drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

* Strong technical project management and general IT skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional online meetings globally.
