Job Title: Engineering Support, International Business Systems Integration
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH - Dayton, OH

Duties:
Have an understanding of Global Hawk and USN TRITON weapons
systems to assess the quality of international Global Hawk weapon system prime contractor work products and assess risks. Be required to apply an understanding of Global Hawk architectures, Global Hawk radars, Global Hawk communications, and USN TRITON communications to assess quality of international weapon system prime contractor work products, evaluate the technical needs, monitor hardware and software integrity, and determine subsequent requirements associated with planned and conceptual changes to the airborne, ground station, and maintenance systems. Have the expertise to assist in assessing the effectiveness and viability of the program's prime contractor-developed engineering designs to resolve exportability issues. Possess the Ability to evaluate changes proposed for mitigating impacts of DMS and leverage recommendations for resolution of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) derived from USG and TRITON solutions, as feasible. Have the skills to assist the program's prime contractor in resolving export compliance issues and provide support for assuring the program meets the required Enhanced End Use Monitoring (EEUM) provisions of the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). An understanding of interoperability so as assist with the coordination of international Global Hawk weapon system interoperability requirements, applying an understanding of Global Hawk and USN TRITON weapon systems. The Contractor will apply an understanding of Air Worthiness Certification and Authority to Operated processes for unmanned air vehicles to assist with developing schedules, identifying risks, preparing and coordinating documentation, developing test requirements, and obtaining the necessary approvals in order to test and deliver the Global Hawk system to the international customer.
Requirements:
Have successfully completed an undergraduate degree with a major in electrical or electronics engineering from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program(s) for the degree requirements of the position and 12 years of experience in the respective or technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD
OR, Master's or Doctorate degree in electrical or electronics engineering from a college or university with an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited engineering program(s) for the degree requirements of the position and ten years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD or other USG ISR/SOF Organizations.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Other Essential Job Functions:
• Experience in evaluating the quality of weapon system prime contractor work on UAVs and other weapon systems.
• Experience in assessing the effectiveness and viability of the program's prime contractor-developed engineering designs to resolve exportability issues for UAVs.
• Experience in assisting with the coordination of international Global Hawk weapon system interoperability requirements, by applying an understanding of UAV and other weapon systems.
• Experience with Air Worthiness Certification and Authority to Operated processes for unmanned air vehicles.
• Experience evaluating changes proposed for mitigating impacts of DMS and leverage recommendations for resolution of Diminishing.
• Manufacturing Sources (DMS) for UAVs or other weapon systems.
