About the Role

This is a standout opportunity for a driven Electrical Engineering Supervisor who wants more than just another site role. You’ll join a highly skilled engineering team delivering maintenance excellence alongside multiple automation CapEx projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of a small team of engineers in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Leading by example on site, supporting engineers and maintaining exceptional standards
• Working directly with modern control systems and bespoke equipment

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday : 08:30–17:30

What My Client Is Looking For

• At least 2 years’ experience in a hands-on supervisory role
• Recognised electrical qualifications (C&G, BTEC, NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC/HND) plus 18th Edition (BS7671:2018)
• Background in electrical installation, service, maintenance, or support environments
• Experience with control panels and PLC-based systems (beneficial but not required)
• Confident communicator who can represent the business professionally on site
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
