Job Role – Engineering Supervisor



The Engineering Supervisor will join a market-leading FMCG manufacturer at their expanding site near Okehampton, playing a key leadership role within a fast-paced industrial environment. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will lead from the front with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical skills, supporting maintenance activities while driving standards, performance, and reliability across site. Non-Negotiable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor



Electrical or Mechanical Bias 



Must be willing to work in a hands-on role within a tough industrial environment.



Must have experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Armed Forces backgrounds (RAF, Navy, Army, REME, Aviation).



Essential Requirements of Engineering Supervisor



Ability to lead and motivate an engineering team.



Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.



Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.



Desirable Requirements of Engineering Supervisor



Previous experience within FMCG manufacturing.



Formal engineering qualifications (Electrical or Multi-Skilled).



Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
