This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role on a dayshift position within a growing manufacturing business based in Falkirk.

The Role:

• Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.

\n

• Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams

\n

• Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment

\n

• This is a hands on role within the engineering function

\n

\n

The Candidate:

\n

\n
• Must be a good communicator

\n

• Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment

\n

• Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline

\n

• Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs

\n

• Manufacturing background required

\n

• Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing

\n
