Engineering Supervisor Required!Our client is a leading UK-based manufacturer.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for take a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, ensuring the efficient build, repair, refurbishment, and preparation of equipment.Package:Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeEarly finish FridaysWorking hours Monday - Thursday 8am till 5pm and Fridays 8am till 1pmEngineering Supervisor - Responsibilities:Actively participate in workshop activities including assembly, rework and testing of equipmentSupervise and support workshop engineers on a day-to-day basis, providing hands-on guidance and technical supportSupport the Production Manager with workload prioritisation, coordination, and planning of upcoming projectsEnsure all work is completed to specification, on time, and to required quality standardsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and requirementsMaintain strict adherence to health & safety procedures across all workshop activitiesCarry out and oversee quality inspections and checksCoordinate effectively with engineering, service, and production teams to meet deadlinesAttend production meetings, providing clear updates on project status, progress, and potential delaysContribute to continuous improvement through product and process feedbackEngineering Supervisor - Requirements:Time-served engineer or qualified to HNC/HNDPrevious supervisory or foreman experience in a workshop or production environmentStrong experience in mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly and build environments, including pipework assembly, brazing, and soldering, working on small to large scale equipment with BoMs ranging from 70 to 300+ components.The successful candidate will be required to supply their own standard hand tools for routine daily work. Specialist tools and equipment (e.g.
