Engineering Supervisor

We are recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor – this is an exciting time to join our client who is going from strength to strength.

The Role:



* Lead and support a team of engineers across fire and security disciplines



* Ensure all works are completed to high standards, on time and in line with compliance requirements



* Provide technical support and guidance where needed



* Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and performance reviews



About You:



* Proven experience in fire and/or security systems



* Strong leadership and communication skills



* Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations



* Ability to motivate teams and drive operational efficiency
