Job Description
Title: Engineering Stores Admin\n Location: Coventry\n Salary: £33,000 per annum (Fixed Term Contract)\n Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm\n Benefits: Company pension (statutory levels, salary exchange), Company sick pay (post-probation), Retail discount scheme, Cycle to Work / Techscheme, Long Service Award, Employee recognition programme, Employee Assistance Programme (via pension enrolment), 4 x Death in Service (via pension enrolment)\n \n In this role, you will support the Engineering Department by managing purchasing and inventory to ensure spare parts are available at the right time and in the right quantities. You will help keep the stores running efficiently so the wider operation can perform at its best.\n\nEngineering Stores Admin Role:\n\nOrder engineering parts when stock reaches minimum levels\nReceive deliveries, log goods, adjust stock levels and file delivery notes\nRaise purchase orders using SAP and update budget cost sheets\nTrack shipments to support operational deadlines\nOrganise repairs sent to external contractors\nOversee inventory audits and maintain accurate reports\nEnsure store areas are organised, safe and fully stocked\nMaintain GMP standards across all store locationsEngineering Stores Admin:\n\nProven experience in a stores, purchasing or stock control role\nBackground in a manufacturing or automated production environment\nStrong communication and organisational skills\nConfident IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel\nGood numeracy and accuracy with data\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities\n For more information on the Engineering Stores Admin role contact Ewan at Stirling Warrington
