Location: Tewkesbury Depot

Shift Pattern: Week 1: Mon–Sat 06:00–14:00 | Week 2: Mon–Fri 13:45–21:45



An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Shift Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing site in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on role, leading and mentoring a team of Engineers to ensure the smooth running of production and distribution operations.



What You’ll Do



Supervise, train and support Engineers and Apprentices

Lead planned preventative maintenance across the site

Carry out electrical/mechanical repairs and testing

Diagnose and resolve faults on high-speed automated machinery

Ensure compliance records and departmental paperwork are accurate

Deputise for the Engineering Manager when required

Participate in call-out rota for breakdowns

What We’re Looking For



Electrical apprenticeship qualification – essential

Proven experience with high-speed automated machinery in production

Strong electrical fault-finding skills

Previous supervisory/team leader experience

Self-motivated with strong communication and leadership skills

Flexible and adaptable, with a high standard of workmanship
