Engineering Release Specialist\n\n7-month initial contract\n\nHybrid working - Gaydon\n\n£27ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw\n\n*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*\n\nAbout the company\n\nI am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking an Engineering Release Specialist to join their team\n\nJob Description\n\nAs Engineering Release Specialist, your main responsibilities include:\n\nEnsure a timely and accurate BoM is released from Product Engineering to the wider internal and external business, by interpreting and analysing documents from, and discussions with CoC Engineers.\nHave an in-depth knowledge of part usage and logic to ensure parts are correctly coded to support scheduling and build\nProvide focal point to customers and suppliers at commodity level to ensure accurate & timely BoM release.\nYou will liaise extensively with Engineering and Manufacturing customers and industry partners and be able to demonstrate excellent levels of self-motivation, enthusiasm and a strong ethic to providing excellent customer service.\nManage workload to support programme timing, key project dates and departmental targets. \n\nQualifications / Skills needed\n\nDassault Systems 3Dexperience\nBill of Material experience.\nAble to manage delivery of multiple tasks.\nComplex problem solving and logic skills.\nSelf-motivated and driven.\nExcel proficient. \n\nWhy work through Contechs?\n\nContechs is a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
