Engineering Project Manager (Oil and Gas)
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGrowing firm looking to add a talented Oil and Gas Project Manager to their Pittsburgh team!
Responsibilities:
- Project manager/leadership role through all phases of a project (A&E design, survey, energy assessments, environmental assessment, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, site walks, and field services)
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Assist with quality control for oil and gas projects
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Assist with business development activities to drive growth and opportunity
- Responsible for project financial accountability/tracking
- Manage oil and gas projects from start to finish
- Use all forms of communication while working clients and team members (virtual, in-person, phone)
- Administrative duties using key performance indicators (developing, communicating and tracking workflow tasks, scheduling, evaluating risk management, monthly job costs and billing with ongoing forecast reviews)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering, construction management, or business management
- Proficient understanding of architectural & engineering drawings, site development, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, project management, geotechnical, and survey as it relates to the oil and gas industry
- Experience managing an oil and gas project from start to finish
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite: excel, outlook, word, etc
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
Salary is commensurate with experience.
