Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Pay Range: $90k - $110k

Summary

Connect Search is hiring an Engineering Project Manager in Milwaukee. This position will require occasional travel and offers a hybrid work from home schedule.

Responsibilities

• Determines customer delivery requirements and manufacturing capacity.
• Negotiates delivery dates with customers and changes priorities in manufacturing.
• Informs salespeople and management of significant developments with each customer.
• Renders all services required for stock and custom orders. Includes clarifications, order taking, information on pricing, shipment, delivery, discrepancies, product design, recommendation, etc.
• Answers customer technical questions.
• Keeps sales reps and Area Sales Manager informed of significant developments in each territory.
• Reconciles all order related problems, including shipping and billing errors, and claims of credit.
• Handles all reorder quoting.
• Processes all quotations.
• Processes all orders according to procedure, verifies terms and conditions are in line with company policy, sends order acknowledgment to customer.
• Assures credit approval according to policy, includes shipping info, billing info, etc.
• Processes customer credits and returns in a timely manner.
• Recommends process/procedure improvement to accomplish job more efficiently.
• Actively works on enhancing profitability through requotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
• 5+ years of engineering project management experience required
• HMI or automotive manufacturing experience required
