We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the textile industry is highly .

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management is required.
• Textile industry experience is highly .
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
