Job Description

This is a chance to join a well funded (Series B) start-up who are building chip-scale, solid-state terahertz vision technology that delivers exceptional imaging performance and paves the way for new possibilities in mobility, defense, and beyond.


Looking for a hands-on Engineering Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge semiconductor solutions for ADAS (radar, camera, and lidar) applications. This is your chance to shape the next of automotive sensor technology!



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle: silicon design, packaging, fab, test, bring-up, and system integration.
  • Drive project execution, milestone tracking, and gate reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262 – ASIL B), QMS, and ASPICE standards.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, resolving technical challenges and aligning priorities.



SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering.
  • 7+ years in semiconductor or automotive product development with hands-on chip experience.
  • Experience with automotive sensor systems (radar, camera, lidar).
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional engineering teams and functional safety processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.



ADVANTAGEOUS


  • ASPICE experience
  • Verification & validation knowledge for automotive-grade semiconductor products
  • Familiarity with tier-1/OEM program expectations
