• Leading cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement

• Strong engineering foundation in electrical or mechanical disciplines
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, technical projects
• Experience managing OEM customers and operating in Tier 1 environments
• Skilled in MS Project, risk management, and development best practices
• A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical thinking
• High-energy self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings
• Excellent communicator and presenter, confident under pressure
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
