About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on individual to support our engineering and project management team on industrial electrical construction projects. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who’s eager to learn the ropes in both electrical engineering and project coordination within a real-world construction environment. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and given the opportunity to grow into a full-time Project Engineer or Project Manager role.
What You’ll Do:

Assist with gathering and organizing jobsite data, drawings, and specs

Support in preparing submittals, RFIs, and change orders
-
Help maintain project documentation and progress tracking

Shadow field walks, project meetings, and coordination calls
-
Assist with estimating and takeoffs for upcoming jobs
-
Learn key codes, systems, and equipment relevant to industrial electrical projects
-
Perform other administrative or technical support tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:

A current student or recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Strong interest in learning the electrical contracting or construction industry

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF markup tools

Clear communication skills and attention to detail

Self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative

Ability to work part-time or full-time, depending on availability
