Job Description

As Engineering Project Engineer will support the planning, delivery of capital and revenue engineering projects across the site. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the full project life cycle, from feasibility and specification through to commissioning and handover. This role is ideal for an engineer with 3-5 years' post-graduate experience who is looking to build project management capability.\n\nClient Details\n\nMy client is a well-established, international manufacturing organisation operating within a regulated environment.

Engineering plays a central role in site performance, compliance and continuous improvement, and the business is committed to developing future engineering leaders.\n\nDescription\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport feasibility studies and technical evaluations for engineering projects across utilities & facilities\n\nAssist in developing technical specifications and detailed project plans\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation (CAPEX requests, URS, FDS, validation reports)\n\nSupport supplier selection, coordination and performance monitoring\n\nHelp deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification\n\nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and GMP standards\n\nSupport commissioning activities, training and change control processes\n\nTrack and report project progress using KPIs and project tools\n\nParticipate in cross-functional project teams within a matrix organisation\n\nSupport effective project handover to internal stakeholders\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practice\n\nProfile\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nDegree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent)\n\n3-5 years' post-graduate experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment\n\nExposure to engineering projects within high speed manufacturing\n\nBroad mechanical and electrical engineering understanding\n\nWorking knowledge of project management principles\n\nPractical, hands-on approach to problem solving\n\nComfortable working with suppliers, contractors and internal teams\n\nBasic CAD knowledge\n\nStrong communication skills and a desire to learn and develop\n\nJob Offer\n\nExcellent salary package and development
