Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking an Engineering Process & Work Management Analyst to join our team. The Engineering Process & Work Management Analyst position will be located at our Nashua, NH site.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and maintain Smartsheet environments including sheets, reports, dashboards, and workflows supporting workforce and task management.
- Partner with teams to understand how work is planned and executed, and translate those processes into structured, scalable solutions.
- Assist leadership with reporting needs, including preparation of summary views and status updates
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility for individual contributors, managers, and leadership.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across all work management tools and processes.
- Support task intake, assignment, tracking, and completion workflows across teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Smartsheet support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
- Train users on best practices for updating, managing, and interpreting work data.
- Design and implement automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Continuously evaluate system effectiveness and recommend improvements to workflows, reporting, and user experience.
- Support additional central NPI initiatives and cross-functional project activities, as needed, particularly during the initial phase prior to full implementation of standard project management tools and processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience with Smartsheet or similar work/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira)
- Experience supporting operational workflows, project tracking, or workforce management environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including operations, engineering, project management, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
