At GHSP, our Technical Project Engineers are at the center of product development, bringing together electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineering to deliver embedded electronic systems for leading automotive customers.
We're looking for an engineering leader who enjoys developing people, working across disciplines, and helping teams solve tough technical challenges. If you're energized by both people leadership and engineering, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Project Engineers.
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams from concept through production launch.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to drive technical solutions.
- Foster collaboration across electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
- Support new business opportunities through technical leadership and resource planning.
- Champion engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and technical best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's )
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including technical leadership
- Experience leading engineering teams or complex product development programs
- Background in embedded electronics, electronic controls, firmware, or electromechanical systems
- Strong systems-thinking skills and the ability to lead across multiple engineering disciplines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Automotive experience strongly
