Your primary focus will be ensuring that the product teams have the right competencies by strategically managing resources. This role requires a genuine interest in the development and growth of individuals, providing vision, security, and clarity on their journey. You will navigate multiple stakeholders’ demands, handle pressure, and translate long-term goals into actionable strategies, leveraging your ability to zoom in and out of the big picture. QualificationsPrevious managerial experience of at least 10 years.Prior experience in working with SAP EWM resources. Experience in setting and handling resource allocation budgets.Ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance. Knowledge of a large enterprise, ideally from a similar industry with complex backend systems. Additional informationShaping the future of fashion with people, data, and tech.
