Engineering Manager - Lower Thames Crossing

As an Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with to providing engineering and design management, strong leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team comprising engineering resources at project level.



Key Responsibilities:



Overseeing all early works engineering activities on the Lower Thames Crossing project

Leading a team of engineers to ensure project milestones and objectives are met

Managing the planning, design, and implementation of highway projects

Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver project goals

Providing technical guidance and support to the team

Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality



Job Requirements:



Experience in highway engineering and project management

Strong understanding of highways standards and regulations

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
