This is a full-time opportunity working with modern Java-based systems, front-end frameworks, and Agile delivery practices in a stable, privately owned environment.

The company builds nearly all of its software internally, giving leaders full visibility into the lifecycle from design and architecture to delivery and long-term optimization. You’ll work closely with business partners while shaping technical direction and mentoring developers.

\nRequired Skills & Experience\n

• Experience leading or mentoring software engineers
• Strong background in Java-based application development
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (Angular or JavaScript)
• Ability to guide projects from concept through production
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field\n

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous people-management experience
• Agile / Scrum environment exposure
• Experience designing scalable, resilient systems
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills\n
