The Role

As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead the engineering function on-site, ensuring maximum reliability, efficiency, and performance across production operations. You’ll play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, people development, and long-term engineering strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the engineering team
• Driving preventative maintenance and reliability improvements
• Managing engineering budgets and site projects
• Supporting production to minimise downtime and improve efficiencies
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and engineering standards
• Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth plans

About You

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the Food & Drink sector

Essential:

• Proven Engineering Management experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement and engineering performance
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production and senior leadership teams
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
• Adaptable experience within electrical & mechanical
