\nA fantastic leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function, driving plant reliability, PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.\n

Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site

\n

• Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime

\n

• Lead, develop and prioritise a multi-skilled engineering team

\n

• Drive OEE, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

\n

• Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime

\n

• Manage contractors, spares, budgets and compliance

\n

• Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills

\n

• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing

\n

• Proven track record in PPM, fault finding and root cause analysis

\n

• Strong planning, leadership and commercial awareness
