Engineering Manager in Bristol

Reed Recruitment is supporting a leading highly regulated manufacturing company who are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead their Manufacturing Engineering function. This is a senior role responsible for leading and Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of manufacturing systems. Whilst working cross-functionally with Design, Programme, and Industrial teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing manufacturing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team, providing clear direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight.
Oversee the planning, development, and commissioning of manufacturing systems for New Product Introductions.
Monitor and manage the performance of manufacturing systems, using KPIs and lifecycle reviews to drive continuous improvement
Identify and introduce new technologies and best practices, benchmarking across global operations
